What you will do

• Coordinate inbound art and animation from external studios, ensuring assets are reviewed, tracked, and feedback is provided clearly.
• Participate in regular game reviews with producers, offering creative input to align external teams with the game's intended vision and theme.
• Manage feedback on illustrations and animations, understanding what works well in slot games for player experience and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to enhance quality, consistency, and execution across symbols, character art, feature assets, and animations.

Requirements

• Experience working with outsourced art teams in slots, casino, mobile games, or similar production environments.
• Strong eye for game art quality, presentation, and animation in slot game context.
• Ability to give clear, practical, and constructive feedback to external studios.
• Good understanding of illustration and animation workflows.

• Spine knowledge preferred.
