What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end creative production process for organic assets including website, email, social content, and brand assets.
• Design, implement, and maintain a custom AI-powered Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for hyper-efficient search and tagging.
• Optimize creative workflows by identifying and implementing AI-driven automation to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Manage production timelines, stakeholder reviews, and approval cycles in coordination with brand partners.
• Collaborate with internal Product Marketing, Social Media, and Live Events teams to align creative strategies with campaign goals.
• Perform quality control on design deliverables to ensure sizing, composition, and localization accuracy.

Requirements

• Fluent English and conversational Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in creative production, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
• Strong proficiency in leveraging AI tools to solve workflow bottlenecks and scale production.
• Experience managing high-profile third-party IPs and navigating strict brand approval processes.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, project management software (JIRA, Asana), and AI coding agents (Claude, Windsurf).
