What you will do

• Build and maintain production templates, reporting tools (Airtable, ShotGrid), and resource-planning systems for studio-wide visibility.
• Manage day-to-day production activities on assigned projects, balancing creative expectations with schedule and resource constraints.
• Track production progress across assets, animatics, and shots, flagging risks and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external animation vendors.
• Coordinate retakes and creative revisions, ensuring clear communication of notes, files, and approvals.
• Support the Head of Production and Showrunner by preparing materials and documentation for creative and production alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of animation production experience required.
• Advanced ShotGrid configuration experience, including dashboards, schemas, task templates, and reporting.
• Airtable certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to design production-tracking systems that scale across multiple shows.
• Experience with Photoshop and other art software.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
