What you will do

  • Own the full DxS new-business pipeline from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Lead discovery and solution design, translating client needs into DxS proposals, pricing, and statements of work.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, and Clinical Operations to structure deals meeting revenue, margin, and scalability targets.
  • Own DxS commercial contracting with Legal, negotiating terms and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Build executive-level relationships to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop pipeline forecasts, report to leadership, and represent the company at conferences and events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on DxS positioning and pitch materials; provide market insights for product strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales or business development in diagnostics, health tech, life sciences, or telehealth with track record of closing complex deals
  • Deep understanding of diagnostics/life sciences business models, including pricing, reimbursement, and margins
  • Experience structuring and negotiating commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs) with Legal and Finance
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM proficiency
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building with executives and cross-functional partners
  • Understanding and use of AI to accelerate client understanding, value proposition, and opportunity identification
  • Self-starter thriving in fast-moving, high-growth environment
