What you will do

• Serve as the primary representative for enterprise accounts to nurture and expand strategic relationships.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure deliverables are on time, on scope, and within budget.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders for issue escalation and develop mitigation plans.
• Identify key metrics and provide performance reports and business reviews within SLAs.
• Develop long-term and short-term account plans aligned with the company's value proposition.
• Present account updates and monthly pipeline forecasts to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a science-related field.
• Proven track record of growing a book of business across multiple accounts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to leverage and use AI tools with fluency.
• Strong executive presence and professional communication skills.
