VP of Talent Acquisition (High Growth DTC Brand): Own end-to-end talent acquisition function for key revenue-generating roles with an accent on high-volume sourcing, pipeline management, and strategic poaching support. Location: Preferred experience or understanding of US recruiting markets.

Salary: $4-6k/mo base plus significant performance-based bonus.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end pipeline for Tier 1 roles: source, screen, manage candidates in ATS, create job posts.
  • Support Tier 2 strategic poaching: map competitors, gather intelligence for founder outreach, handle confidentiality.
  • Improve processes: test new sourcing channels, analyze bottlenecks, reduce time-to-hire.
  • Act as professional face of company in candidate interactions.
  • Drive KPIs: 20+ Tier 1 hires/quarter, 3 Tier 2 placements/quarter, high quality of hires.

Requirements

  • Proactive high-agency mindset, constantly driving processes forward.
  • Exceptional professional communication and discretion for confidential work.
  • Systems thinking to optimize high-volume recruiting funnels.
  • Strong attention to detail for ATS management and outreach prep.
  • Goal-oriented focus on volume, quality metrics, and speed.
  • Preferred: experience or understanding of US recruiting markets.
