What you will do

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize data analytics requirements.
• Own the analytics product roadmap, backlog, and alignment with business objectives.
• Translate needs into features, epics, and user stories for engineering delivery.
• Design and oversee dashboards and certified data sets for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams on solution development.
• Drive adoption through training, change management, and usage metrics tracking.
• Partner with privacy and governance teams for compliance and access controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or senior analytics roles with stakeholder-facing solutions.
• Proven cross-functional experience delivering data products with engineering teams.
• Hands-on with BI tools, Power BI preferred, for dashboards and analytics.
• Strong business metrics understanding and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Case-based exercise with hypothetical problem and sample dashboard in interviews.
