What you will do

  • Establish and scale product operations frameworks to improve clarity, execution, and decision-making across Product, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Build mechanisms to collect, synthesize, and operationalize user feedback, directly influencing product priorities.
  • Develop product analytics, dashboards, and reporting to reveal usage patterns, behaviors, and adoption trends.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating workflows, managing dependencies, and creating standardized operating models and SOPs.
  • Lead enablement through training, communication, and adoption programs to maximize user leverage of product features.
  • Partner with stakeholders for operational support, market research, and clear communication of updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product operations, product management, business operations, or program management in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong product intuition, business acumen, and track record implementing scalable operational frameworks, feedback systems, or analytics programs.
  • Ability to influence without authority, synthesize information, drive alignment with senior stakeholders, and simplify complex info for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in product usage data, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with enterprise internal systems or B2B platforms like procurement, contract lifecycle, workplace services, ERP, or HRIS.
  • Experience building VOC or product analytics programs from 0 to 1.
  • Demonstrated experience applying automation or AI to operational workflows.
