What you will do
- Actively engage prospect accounts with targeted outreach plans and follow up on inbound leads to convert into opportunities
- Design and execute sales campaigns for specific verticals or use cases
- Represent at regional events to generate interest and capture leads
- Qualify opportunities and own initial customer engagement before handover to sales managers
- Manage smaller deals end-to-end from lead to signed contract
- Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven insights while collaborating with sales, technical, and partner teams
Requirements
- 5–8 years proven experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally B2B technology
- Business fluent in English and another EMEA language; German a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or STEM field
- Hands-on with sales/prospecting tools, Microsoft Office, and quick learner for new systems
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Self-starter thriving in remote environment
