Location: 100% remote (US only; active, unrestricted NP licenses in minimum of 7 US states required, including at least 2 of California, Texas, or Florida; willingness to obtain additional licenses)

Compensation: $140,000/yr

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments via text, phone, and video visits for patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate ongoing care.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
• Produce clear, efficient visit notes with strong medical decision-making and structured care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians under state-required agreements.
• Utilize AI-supported EMR for patient-facing and administrative shifts.

Requirements

• Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years primary care experience with adults and pediatrics
• Active, unrestricted NP licenses in minimum 7 US states, including at least 2 of CA, TX, FL
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire
• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement
• Proficiency in EMR systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills for remote work
