Location: 100% remote across the U.S. Requires active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licenses in a minimum of 7 states, including at least 2 of: California, Texas, or Florida. Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire.

Compensation: $135,000/yr

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments for patients of all ages via text, phone, and video visits.
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions.
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
• Produce clear, efficient encounter notes demonstrating strong medical decision-making and structured care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians under required state agreements.
• Utilize scheduled administrative time for clinical work and professional development.

Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• At least 5 years of primary care experience, including adults and pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted NP licenses in minimum 7 states, including at least 2 of California, Texas, Florida; preference for additional states like Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, etc.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire.
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, patient engagement, organizational skills, and adaptability to AI tools.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork and independent work style.
