What you will do
- Oversee execution, quality, governance, and outcomes of all regional projects, managing timelines, budgets, and escalations.
- Partner with sales on presales discovery, scoping, solutioning, and smooth transitions to delivery.
- Lead regional team of Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and Technical Account Managers, handling hiring, performance, and career development.
- Maintain executive engagement with key customers and act as cross-functional interface with sales, R&D, and operations.
- Optimize staffing, processes, and best practices to align with revenue objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, optimization, or similar technical field
- 12+ years of hands-on and people management experience in professional services/technology consulting for complex software implementations
- Experience leading technical teams in matrixed consulting organizations and scaling teams in startups
- Strong technical acumen to translate business problems to technical solutions
- Collaboration with sales including presales, executive presence for C-level engagement
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven record of on-time, high-quality project delivery
