Location: 100% remote across the U.S.; active NP licenses required in minimum of 7 states including at least 2 of California, Texas, or Florida

What you will do

• Conduct virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatments via text, phone, and video for patients of all ages
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate ongoing care
• Deliver preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education
• Document clear visit notes with strong medical decision-making and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians per state collaborative agreements
• Utilize AI tools and proprietary EMR during patient-facing and admin time

Requirements

• Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years primary care experience with adults and pediatrics
• Active, unrestricted NP licenses in minimum 7 U.S. states, including at least 2 of: California, Texas, Florida
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and EMR proficiency
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills for remote work
