What you will do

• Conduct virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments through text, phone, and video visits.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate ongoing care.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.

• Collaborate with physicians under state-required agreements.

Requirements

• Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years primary care experience with adults and pediatrics
• Active NP licenses in minimum 7 US states (at least 2: CA, TX, FL); preference for additional states like CO, IL, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, WA, UT
• Telehealth experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement
• Proficiency in EMR systems; adaptability to AI tools
