This role is about owning the full employee lifecyclefor US-based teams and building strong, scalable people processes from scratch.
What we expect:
- 3+ years in HR / People Partner / HRBP roles with the US market (!)
- Experience with performance reviews, competency matrices, and manager coaching
- Strong HR analytics mindset (eNPS, retention, reporting → action plans)
- Fluent Russian & English
- Ability to work US hours (evening shift in Europe: 4 PM to 12 AM CET)
- Startup mindset: ownership, transparency, data-driven decisions
