People Partner

TL;DR

People Partner (HRBP): Supporting team development and motivation with an accent on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational culture. Focus on building trust-based relationships, resolving team challenges, and acting as a trusted advisor to managers within a creative, fast-paced gaming studio environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Warsaw or Poznań. The role is remote-friendly but requires physical presence in these locations.

What you will do

• Implement full-scope HR processes including onboarding, retention, 360 feedback, and talent management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to support their well-being and professional growth.
• Collect and analyze team feedback to improve internal policies and make them more employee-focused.
• Drive initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers regarding team motivation, development, and resolving talent gaps.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1+ year as a People Partner.
• Strong proficiency in Russian and Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English.
• Proven experience in key HR processes such as performance management and offboarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw or Poznań.
