What you will do
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Support teams by researching, analyzing, and documenting partner needs with high attention to detail
- Ensure partners maximize value from platform by utilizing licenses, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders for renewals
- Propose platform-based solutions to partner business problems and map features to their objectives
- Act as escalation point for timely resolutions and develop understanding of common partner challenges
- Travel to partner locations and events; create scalable playbooks and processes for partner interactions
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, prioritization, and visibility for requests
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience; preferred SaaS industry experience
- Ability to manage large projects independently; recognized subject matter expert in industry standards
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Provider market, business processes, and technical acumen
- Ability to adapt to new technology/processes, grasp and explain concepts clearly
