What you will do
- Co-create success plans, deliver telemetry-driven insights on adoption and growth opportunities.
- Lead onboarding, training, check-ins, and issue resolution for strategic customers.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, nurture champions, and drive advocacy.
- Track usage and health, evolve success plans, resolve escalations, and ensure value realization.
- Support renewals with data-driven strategies, identify expansion, and manage modernization.
- Mentor peers, contribute to success frameworks, and scale best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5-8 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing roles in SaaS/technology
- Experience with Salesforce
