Focus on initiating checks, follow-ups, professional communication with POCs, and system updates under tight deadlines.

Hybrid in Metro Manila or nearby areas, Philippines. Must be currently residing in the Philippines.

What you will do

• Initiate background checks within 24–48 hours from order date.
• Verify candidate information via email, phone, forms, or official channels with accuracy.
• Document all verification attempts, upload documents, and update systems timely.
• Raise insufficiencies, chase candidates for documents professionally.
• Maintain communication with HR, schools, and POCs respectfully.
• Handle confidential information with care and update contact records.

Requirements

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
• Must reside within Metro Manila or nearby areas in the Philippines.
• At least 1 year corporate experience (BPO preferred); fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Amenable to night shift or shifting schedules; valid NBI clearance required.
