What you will do
- Prepare, create, and coordinate Time & Material quotes for Customer Engineers, managers, and customers.
- Create service tickets from approved quotes and notify District Managers for execution.
- Monitor ticket progress, review completions for billing, and audit billability.
- Validate revenue/cost recognition, correct discrepancies, and update Install Base data.
- Coordinate with engineers, parts department, and customers on parts, disputes, and resolutions.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders and contribute to team goals and process improvements.
Requirements
- College graduate, preferably in Management, Business, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes, PO/quotation review.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Excellent phone, interpersonal, and customer resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking, attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision.
