What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reach out to qualified developer leads to gauge their current availability and fit for open project roles.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer and lead interactions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Coordination, and Technical Support departments for aligned follow-ups.
  • Handle basic technical or account-related concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client relations (BPO or tech support background is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable performing outbound calls and professional follow-ups.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Makati City (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience in lead handling or outreach.
  • Experience supporting developers, freelancers, or project-based talent.
