What you will do

• Initiate background checks within 24–48 hours and conduct verifications via email, phone, forms, or official channels.
• Ensure accuracy, document all attempts, upload documents, and update systems timely.
• Raise insufficiencies, chase candidates professionally for missing info, and complete data entry.
• Maintain professional communication with HR, supervisors, schools, and POCs while handling confidential information.
• Update contact cards and system notes based on gathered information.

Requirements

• Fluent in Thai and English (verbal and written) – key requirement.
• Currently residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas and in the Philippines.
• At least 1 year corporate experience (BPO preferred); fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web browsers.
• Amenable to night shift or shifting schedules; valid NBI clearance required.
