What you will do

• Supervise daily operations for revenue cycle teams and vendor partners across front-end or back-end functions.
• Monitor performance against KPIs including first yield pass, DSO, clean claim rates, denial trends, and AR aging.
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues, payer challenges, and billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Compliance, and other teams on workflow optimization and system enhancements.
• Lead process improvements, coach team members, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Prepare reports and support audits related to payer billing and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or related field
• 5+ years in revenue cycle management with front-end/back-end exposure
• 2–4+ years of people leadership in RCM, billing, or healthcare operations
• Experience with payer maintenance, billing operations, denial management, or cash posting.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle processes, metrics, and compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Certification in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or compliance (e.g., CRCR, CPB).
• Experience managing outsourced RCM vendors or offshore teams.
• Work in complex healthcare, specialty, professional, or DME billing environments.
