What you will do

• Provide support to cross-functional teams with high attention to detail
• Research, analyze, and document findings on partner issues
• Coach, review, or delegate work to team members
• Interface directly with partners to resolve complex technical and relationship issues
• Develop, analyze, and deliver operational reporting to stakeholders
• Identify improvement opportunities and create programs to enhance operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent business experience
• 6+ years of related experience
• Ability to manage large projects and processes independently
• Recognized subject matter expert in applicable work area
• Ability to adapt to new technologies/processes per partner needs
• Ability to analyze data using various tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight
