Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD (Canada-based estimate; actual may vary).

What you will do
- Craft ad sets, landing pages, and static assets backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and edit short-form videos optimized for social advertising on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube.
- Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, heatmapping to validate and refine designs.
- Collaborate with media, content, and client teams to align creatives with goals and audience insights.
- Maintain brand consistency across assets while adapting to platforms and segments; manage multiple projects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in graphic design focused on performance creative and CRO; 1 year in motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma; Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar for video/motion.
- Knowledge of performance marketing: A/B testing, CRO analytics, heatmapping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration in agency environment with cross-functional teams.
- Reliable internet, ability to work stationary with laptop/software; stay updated on trends including AI/automation.
