What you will do

• Execute high-quality designs for brand campaigns, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Create high-volume, fast-turnaround assets for social media and LTO brand books on a 30-day cadence.
• Partner with the Creative Director and Senior Designer to maintain brand consistency and push design quality.
• Develop and evolve design systems in Figma across all brand touchpoints.
• Perform photo compositing and image manipulation for campaigns.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring polished delivery and organized files.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio spanning digital, social, and print.
• Experience working in-house for a consumer brand, CPG company, or high-growth DTC startup.
• Proven ability to own and lead projects as the primary designer.
• Fluency in Figma for concepting and design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for production.
• Strong expertise in typography, layout, and color theory.
