Salary: $49,718.59 to $92,468.74 annually

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for complex campaigns aligned with objectives and brand standards.
• Design digital and print materials including social media assets, emails, banners, infographics, and presentations.
• Collaborate on brainstorming, storyboarding, and translating ideas into effective designs.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all visual outputs.
• Manage project workflows, file organization, and timely delivery.
• Contribute to strategy discussions with design thinking input.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in visual or graphic design in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling for digital/print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation, interactive media, or eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Healthcare or mission-driven industry experience.
