Location: Hybrid onsite in San Mateo, CA headquarters office (Monday-Friday in office with one day WFH per week)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + benefits

What you will do

• Create compelling designs for brochures, workbooks, curriculum guides, events materials, direct mailers, print prototypes, and other collateral
• Enhance existing designs with new layouts, graphics, and content
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across multiple brands
• Collaborate with leaders in marketing, curriculum, publishing, and product departments
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality designs on time
• Switch between designing for teachers, students, parents, and school administrators

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years experience in graphic design with exceptional print design knowledge and accuracy
• Experience in fast-paced, rapidly growing organization
• Expert-level InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to create clean, consistent designs matching established style
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management
• Effective visual, verbal, and written communication
