• Lead a team in developing cutting-edge AI technology integrating NLP, big data, and machine learning.
• Define and rapidly build POCs and prototypes for innovative solutions.
• Attract, select, and manage top talent for key positions.
• Drive innovation in computer vision, NLP/NLU, and advanced data science.
• Collaborate across teams to learn complex systems and new technologies.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in AI, NLP, ML, Physics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to attract and select talent.
• Experience defining and developing POCs/prototypes quickly.
• Strong skills in Computer Vision, NLP/NLU, ML, or advanced Data Science.
• Proficiency with Deep Learning preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and innovation mindset.
