What you will do

• Develop strategies for political partners to maximize grassroots fundraising using creative and tech resources.
• Design innovative digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement campaigns across email, web, social media, and search.
• Assess client KPIs and ensure maximum ROI of digital campaigns.
• Provide strategic marketing planning, including revenue forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage client relationships, including regular reporting, invoicing, and pitching new engagements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of in-house political or agency experience in digital fundraising or communications.
• Proven experience in client management and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience working with eCRM platforms such as Action Kit, NGP, Salesforce, or Luminate.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states listed in the location section.
