Vice President, Digital (Political)

What you will do

• Develop digital strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising through creative, technology, and proprietary solutions.
• Design fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns across email, web, social media, and search.
• Lead cross-functional teams of associates, strategists, writers, and production staff.
• Manage client relationships, partnerships, reporting, invoicing, and customer service.
• Assess campaign KPIs and ROI while advising clients on best practices and emerging strategies.
• Support marketing planning, revenue forecasting, budgeting, resource management, and new-business pitches.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least 5 years of in-house political or agency experience in digital fundraising or communications.
• Client management and cross-functional project team management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with eCRM platforms such as Action Kit, NGP, Salesforce, or Luminate.
