Director, Content & Social (AI)

Location: US - Miami, FL; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $152,200–$244,000 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and lead hirify.global’s content strategy and scalable always-on content ecosystem across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Develop content frameworks, editorial calendars, playbooks, distribution plans, and market activation models.
• Lead social media strategy, platform-specific execution, community engagement, social listening, and cultural intelligence.
• Build creator and influencer partnership frameworks and a diverse creator ecosystem across markets and audience categories.
• Adopt AI-enabled content tools and emerging production technologies to improve speed, quality, personalization, and scalability.
• Establish performance measurement and test-and-learn programs while partnering with Brand, Media, Creative Studio, Consumer Marketing, market teams, and agencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Deep expertise in content strategy, social media marketing, creator and influencer partnerships, and digital distribution.
• Experience building and scaling content operations, editorial processes, creator programs, and production workflows.
• Experience with AI-enabled content tools and emerging content technologies.
• Strong analytical, creative direction, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is preferred.

• Portuguese fluency.
• Experience with Latin American social media platforms, content formats, algorithms, and emerging digital trends.
