Location: Open to candidates based in CT, FL, or MA, with a strong preference for those located within 25 miles of Farmington, CT or Boston, MA offices to support hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with potential for bonuses, stock, and benefits.

What you will do
- Own day-to-day execution of B2B marketing initiatives, content updates, campaign launches, and optimizations across entities.
- Build marketing calendars, workflows, and coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure efficiency and alignment.
- Work with SMEs to publish content (blogs, newsletters, emails, case studies, social posts) and manage industry conference strategy.
- Track performance across SEO, web analytics, email, CRM, and social; build dashboards and reports.
- Optimize sales funnel from awareness to conversion using data, manage Salesforce automation for lists and nurtures.
- Provide quarterly competitor updates and advise on strategy based on engagement, leads, and market insights.
Requirements
- 5–10 years hands-on B2B demand generation marketing experience in fast-paced multi-brand environment.
- Experience marketing professional services, agency experience preferred.
- Storytelling skills to craft and syndicate content across web, email, social channels.
- Best practices across sales funnel, data-driven insights for strategy.
- Salesforce administrator skills, proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM, email tools, AI.
- Self-starter comfortable with web, LinkedIn, social media.
