What you will do

• Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Naver, and Kakao
• Monitor daily performance to optimize for CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency
• Test creatives, audiences, and placements in collaboration with the creative team
• Build campaign reports and perform detailed creative performance analysis
• Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting
• Stay current on Korean platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitive activity

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media
• Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with measurable results
• Hands-on experience with Korean platforms (Naver, Kakao)
• Native Korean speaker with professional English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech, consumer apps, or subscription businesses
• Experience managing influencer campaigns
• Familiarity with attribution tools or analytics platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4)
