What you will do

• Manage month-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries and accruals.
• Perform monthly bank and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany debit/credit notes and reconcile trial balances to local books.
• Coordinate tax reports for submission to government entities and maintain the fixed assets register.
• Support accounts receivable payments, collections, and financial statement audits.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably providing regional support for LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite (Oracle PBCS is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of Local GAAP for LATAM entities.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
