What you will do

• Design, implement, and scale end-to-end tax processes to support rapid company growth.
• Ensure tax accuracy across diverse product structures and high-volume digital operations.
• Lead automation efforts for tax workflows to enhance reporting speed and data integrity.
• Manage tax audits and represent the company during reviews with DIAN and local authorities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to analyze tax implications of new business models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Tax Management within Fintech, Big Four advisory, or regulated financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of Colombian tax regulations, including IVA, ICA, retefuente, and GMF.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or tax automation tools is preferred.
• Proven experience managing tax audits and regulatory inquiries from local authorities.
