Accounting Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, account analysis, and periodic reporting.
• Act as main contact between Accounting and SAP project team (IT, consultants, stakeholders).
• Participate in designing accounting processes in SAP (chart of accounts, posting logic) and support data migration.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate postings and reports.
• Provide training and support to Accounting teams during go-live and stabilization.
• Execute SOX controls and manage accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accounting entries.

Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) for international collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in accounting, preferably multinational or high-growth environments.
• Solid knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA or ERP), specifically FI/CO modules.
• Experience in at least one SAP implementation, rollout, or upgrade from Finance/Accounting side.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication to translate accounting needs into system requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for finance.
• Participation in finance transformation projects (shared services, standardization).
• Automation or data tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Python, RPA).
• Background in payments, fintech, or financial services.
