What you will do

  • Lead the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Marketing Operations aligned with company OKRs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end MarTech stack, defining architecture, integration, and governance.
  • Direct enterprise marketing analytics using AI-driven tools for predictive scoring and attribution.
  • Architect and optimize lifecycle automation, lead scoring, routing, and MQL frameworks.
  • Partner with GTM, Finance, and Sales leadership on forecasting and ROI analysis.
  • Mentor and expand a high-performing Marketing Operations team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Analytics in B2B SaaS.
  • 2-3 years of people leadership experience.
  • Expertise in attribution modeling, experimentation, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional communication skills to distill complex analyses for senior stakeholders.
