Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $65,850 - $109,750

What you will do

  • Manage the enterprise-wide regulatory calendar to ensure timely state and federal filings.
  • Monitor emerging healthcare legislation (CMS, DOL, ACA, HIPAA) and perform thorough impact assessments.
  • Act as the primary compliance subject matter expert providing guidance to internal business partners.
  • Review ERISA and non-ERISA plan documents and member communications for regulatory adherence.
  • Design and execute risk-based internal audits focusing on high-risk areas like member enrollment.
  • Analyze compliance data to identify systemic risks and recommend corrective actions to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or finance.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with regulatory compliance and policy implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • In-depth knowledge of health plan compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with SOC compliance preparation.
  • Prior experience in financial services industry.
