What you will do

• Review escalated consumer complaints to ensure timely and accurate resolution using a consumer-first approach.
• Screen complaints for potential regulatory and legal risks and escalate as appropriate.
• Analyze complaint trends and root causes to identify systemic issues and implement fixes with product, engineering, and legal teams.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership and the Board's Audit and Risk Committee.
• Build and maintain relationships with compliance counterparts at hirify.global's customer organizations.
• Manage office hours and run calibrations with the Consumer Support team to ensure alignment with internal policies.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Risk in a regulatory or consumer-facing environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in Fintech and consumer-focused financial products.
• Deep understanding of consumer protection regulations (e.g., UDAAP, CCPA, GDPR, TILA, EFTA).
• Strong analytical capabilities for trend identification and transforming data into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
