What you will do

  • Own end-to-end pipeline for Tier 1 roles: source, screen, manage ATS, create job posts for high-volume positions like Video Editor and Customer Service.
  • Support Tier 2 strategic poaching: map competitors, gather intelligence for founder outreach, handle confidentiality.
  • Improve processes: test new sourcing channels, analyze bottlenecks, reduce time-to-hire, represent company professionally.

  • Systems thinking to optimize high-volume recruiting funnels.
