Location: Remote flexibility in specific US states: AZ, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA. No return to office planned.

Salary: $64,000–$70,000 per year (temporary position ending no later than November 6, 2026)

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day management of integrated multi-channel fundraising campaigns, focusing on direct mail.
  • Develop complex mail strategies, manage production processes, and supervise data management.
  • Maintain client relationships, lead meetings, and advocate for clients.
  • Conduct statistical analysis using testing reports, budgets, and projections.
  • Direct creative processes, generate ideas, and integrate direct mail with email, SMS, and other channels.
  • Monitor KPIs like response rates, conversions, and ROI; prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for cost-effective execution.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct mail fundraising experience in consulting/agency, nonprofit, advocacy, or political work.
  • Strong project management skills for handling multiple campaigns.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, fundraising software, and CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking for fundraising content; knowledge of regulations and ethical practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
