What you will do

• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for technical and operational stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of Amazon Connect and AWS capabilities through proactive guidance and recommendations.
• Oversee technical execution related to incidents, enhancements, change requests, and release coordination.
• Monitor platform usage and performance trends to provide reliability and business outcome improvements.
• Coordinate risks, action plans, and technical decisions with engineering and cloud support teams.
• Optimize and document environments to align with the client's long-term roadmap and renewal readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Program Management, or Solutions Consulting.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Connect, AWS services, telephony/IVR, and modern CX architectures.
• English: Reading, writing, and speaking fluency is a MUST-HAVE.
• Proven ability to translate client goals into actionable technical plans and lead cross-functional execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ITSM tools.
