What you will do

• Verify candidate employment, education, professional licenses, and certifications.
• Contact employers, schools, and state boards to validate candidate-provided information.
• Generate detailed reports flagging discrepancies found during the verification process.
• Record data in internal platforms while maintaining high data integrity.
• Perform quality checks to meet client-specific standards and daily volume targets.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Must be based in Colombia.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in call centers, BPO/KPO, or fact-checking roles.
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
