Salary: $186,800–$299,200 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary strategic partner and executive liaison for Tier 1 US banking clients.
• Translate US market needs, regulatory drivers, and client feedback into product features and roadmap priorities.
• Lead solution design workshops to align business requirements with SaaS core-banking capabilities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and SRE teams to ensure delivery meets US market expectations.
• Guide clients through the migration from legacy core-banking systems to cloud-native stacks.
• Advise internal teams on US regulatory frameworks including FDIC, OCC, CFPB, and FRB.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 10-12+ years of experience in US traditional core banking or SaaS-based banking platforms.
• Deep expertise in retail and commercial banking products, payments, ledgers, and lending operations.
• Proven track record of engaging with senior banking executives and managing strategic relationships.
• Strong product management skills including feature definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree such as MBA, JD, or MD preferred).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with global core-banking platforms such as Temenos (T24), Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, Fiserv, Mambu, or Thought Machine.
• MBA, Master’s in Finance, or a technology-related advanced degree.
• Prior management and team leadership experience.
