Location: Remote (Philippines) with once or twice monthly on-site work

What you will do

  • Manage incoming customer interactions across chat, voice, and email channels.
  • Resolve diverse customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues using a tailored, non-scripted approach.
  • Navigate multiple business applications and CRM systems simultaneously to retrieve data and resolve cases in real-time.
  • Document all interactions accurately in company systems immediately upon contact closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via email and CRM notes to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the company knowledge base and participate in continuous training sessions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Open to working night shifts.
  • Valid NBI clearance is required.
  • High School/SHS Graduate.
  • Two years of experience in customer-facing or knowledge delivery roles preferred.
  • Internet speed: minimum 120Mbps download and 10Mbps upload, with computer hard-wired to a router.
