What you will do
- Manage incoming customer interactions across chat, voice, and email channels.
- Resolve diverse customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues using a tailored, non-scripted approach.
- Navigate multiple business applications and CRM systems simultaneously to retrieve data and resolve cases in real-time.
- Document all interactions accurately in company systems immediately upon contact closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams via email and CRM notes to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Contribute to the company knowledge base and participate in continuous training sessions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Open to working night shifts.
- Valid NBI clearance is required.
- High School/SHS Graduate.
- Two years of experience in customer-facing or knowledge delivery roles preferred.
- Internet speed: minimum 120Mbps download and 10Mbps upload, with computer hard-wired to a router.
