What you will do

• Conduct and lead social compliance assessments aligned with client and scheme requirements.
• Manage the full audit lifecycle, including planning, on-site execution, and final reporting.
• Lead audit teams and delegate tasks to reach accurate and evidence-based audit conclusions.
• Represent the company professionally to protect client trust and brand reputation.
• Mentor and coach junior assessors through on-the-job support and calibration training.
• Utilize digital audit platforms and tools to maintain complete and accurate digital records.

Requirements

• APSCA CSCA certification and BSCI Lead Auditor certification.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in social compliance auditing.
• Proven experience leading social compliance assessments and audit teams.
• Deep understanding of local labor laws and environmental/management system audit expectations.
• Good command of written English.
• Willingness to travel extensively to field audit environments.
