What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of global payments network infrastructure, including payment rails, wallets, and FX.
• Lead the evaluation, integration, and management of financial partners to expand global coverage.
• Drive product development for scalable money movement systems ensuring reliability and performance at global volumes.
• Leverage data, AI, and machine learning to optimize routing, reduce costs, and detect fraud.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver complex infrastructure solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering high performance and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or engineering within payments, fintech, or infrastructure-heavy environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product or cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in global payments systems, money movement platforms, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to take complex, global-scale products from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations in fintech.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with payment orchestration, ledger systems, or FX workflows.
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
