What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-first risk orchestration platform revolutionizing financial risk workflows.
• Design node library with 200+ pre-built risk nodes for data ingestion, enrichment, ML scoring, actions, and AI capabilities.
• Develop intuitive workflow studio features including split-screen design, AI recommendations, simulation, and performance profiling.
• Curate template marketplace with risk-specific workflows like FATF-compliant monitoring and SaaS fraud prevention.
• Enable developer experience with code nodes, webhooks, API integrations, Git sync, and CLI tools.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, risk experts, customer success, sales, and marketing; conduct agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience, with 3+ years in B2B SaaS platforms; track record in workflow automation or orchestration.
• Background in fintech, risk management, or financial services preferred; success launching technical products for non-technical users.
• Deep understanding of workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, visual programming, AI/ML concepts (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents).
• Knowledge of real-time systems, message queuing (Kafka, RabbitMQ), workflow engines (Temporal, Airflow), API design, no-code/low-code platforms.
• Domain knowledge of risk decisioning workflows (fraud, AML, credit, onboarding), regulatory requirements (FCRA, GDPR).
• Strong analytical, communication, data-driven decision-making, user research, and design thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with Node-RED, Airflow, Temporal, or risk platforms like Actimize, Feedzai.
• Building developer platforms, MLOps, real-time mission-critical systems.
