What you will do

• Provide technical and line-management leadership to development teams.
• Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects and resolve technical blockers.
• Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical briefs.
• Shape and define architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Ensure best practices in software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies are upheld.
• Provide project status updates to client and internal leadership.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Engineer leading projects or as a Technical Lead.
• Proficiency in Javascript technologies or Python.
• Experience working directly with clients to define technical requirements.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams through technical delivery and mentoring.
• Deep understanding of agile, design patterns, TDD, and version control tools (Git).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and operational concerns like security and GDPR.
