What you will do
- Adapt and execute global Vogue social strategy for UK market, managing day-to-day publishing, optimisation, and performance across platforms
- Partner with editorial teams to maximise engagement and traffic for stories, shaping Vogue’s voice and tone
- Build and nurture social communities, lead strategy for key moments like cover reveals, awards, and editorial franchises
- Manage social partnerships, collaborations, and revenue-driving content with Commercial teams
- Analyse performance, share insights, test new ideas, and collaborate on social-first video content
- Line manage Social Media Manager and freelancers during busy periods
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in social media, ideally digital publisher
- Strong editorial judgement, excellent writing, proofreading, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with video editing, content creation, community management
- Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury media landscape
- Data-driven with analytical skills, highly organised, collaborative communicator
- Experience managing or mentoring team members, flexible with hours
